"Video codec not supported" message when members try to view my files.
I’m a content creator and have sent my client their 400 videos through the link they have managed to download them all but when they go to view them it says video codec not supported
I have an iPhone 13 and they have Samsungs
Any help appreciated thanks!

When they try to preview the content directly through the shared link, do they see any errors or are they able to do it?
It could have something to do with the file type, I believe. Can they try to preview them on a different device just to rule this one out?
