Video quality and size 11.2MB vs 4.4mb downloaded
I’ve read the previous post that was closed by moderators about the first 15mins being a preview. What concerns me is that my original file Downloaded was 11.2mb vs the downloaded Dropbox file which is only 4.4mb? I’m curious as I just noticed the poor video quality. I have all my family videos and photos downloaded and this is the first time I’ve actually tried to view them and noticed the Poor Quality…any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hey RexDeathrage, thanks for posting on our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let me know how did you upload the file in the first place and send us a couple of screenshots showing its properties and sizes as shown both on our website and after downloading it locally on your device?
Thanks so much!
