Video transcript is not working, it just loads indefinitely.
No matter how long I wait, it stays like this indefinitely. Refreshing the page or trying a different browser doesn’t fix it either. I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera, but the result is the same on all of them. Even clearing history/cookies doesn’t solve the issue.
Does anyone have a solution?

Does that happen with all of your files, or a specific one? Out of curiosity, what is the file type and the size of the file?

it happens with all of my files + shared files. The file type is video and the size is changing but videos are max 15mins long.

Hi from me too, selinnova! Are you using video transcripts on Dropbox Replay, by any chance? Or are you using our video transcript feature on the Dropbox website instead?
If you haven’t tried this already, can you test the feature via an incognito window on your browser too, and let me know if it works now?

I'm using Dropbox website, Dropbox Replay is a paid membership, but the website is giving transcripts as free.

I already tried using edge, chrome, firefox.. nothing to do, it loads indefinitely.

Can you try to clear your browser's cache and see if that makes any difference?
Make sure to try a private browsing/incognito window as well.
Let us know what you find.
