Video won’t play on Xbox app
I just downloaded Dropbox on my Xbox and I am unable to play a video that I am trying to watch.
As soon as I press “open” or “open with” it tries loading for 1 second and then nothing happens.
I even tried upgrading the storage on my Dropbox but that didn’t seem to help.
Also it says “no preview available”
Any suggestions?

What happens when you try to preview a different video, using your Xbox? Does it work then?
Also, what is the type of the particular video you're trying to watch?
