Videos are now not playing all the way through

I'm getting "maximum retry limit reached for" message when trying to view videos via the "copy dropbox link" on my content.

Video is only 90 seconds but displays the error message after about 45 seconds into it.

I've cleared the cache, I have also tried w/ Browser in Private mode. I have moved the content to different folders, I have even created an entirely new video.

Hi gu-id, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just to check, is this only when you're previewing the video in a shared link?

Does the the video preview normally when viewing it from your own account while logged in?

This will help me to assist further!

Thx for speedy feedback. No the video does not preview normally when I am logged in, i.e., same error regardless of whether I am logged in or not.

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
