Xbox dropbox app stops downloading a file after 700 MB
im trying to download a 1 GB file at it stops at 700 MB. when i check in my xbox files it shows a 0 byte file meaning at 700 its corrupting for some reason? i then tested with a file exactly 700 MB and it also does the same thing, i then tried to download a file 670 MB and it went through and gave me a 670 MB file. Any ideas why this is happening? could it be the app is just not good or something?

Hey wario5757, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clarify if you're getting a specific error or if the download just stops?
Have you made sure that your device has enough storage space to hold the file(s) you're trying to download?
If you happen to have a web browser installed on your XBOX, have you tried downloading the file(s) through our website instead?
Keep me posted on your findings and we'll take it from there.

Are you able to use another web browser perhaps wario5757?
You could also make sure that you're running the most up to date version of your browser and/or clear its cache as well.
Let me know of any updates!
