Account deleted due to inactivity. Can I restore any of the files that were stored there?


hello dear dropbox team! For a long period of time, I didn’t sign into the application now when I wanted to make a backup of my whole pictures and videos, I have noticed that my account was deleted and only I have an option to make a sign up could you please check? Do you have any backup files from account with the email: [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

    Hi Temirlan Ziyatov - I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with this. To best assist you, please let us know when you last accessed the Dropbox account associated with the email address you provided and if you have received any emails informing you about the closure of your account. 

    If it has been over a year and you were able to create a new account with the same email address, your previous account may have been deleted due to inactivity. In that case, I'm afraid we won't be able to restore the account or any files that were stored in it.
