After formatting my computer I cannot access my files.

I formatted my computer. Then I re-installed Dropbox. I got a message that I must pay for extra space, which I did, but now I cannot access my files and don't find a way to load them or see them online. They dissapeared also from my phone. I do see the additional space I payed for.

Please help, anyone
