As an admin, I can't delete or move shared folders created from other users.

I'm trying to organize my account and I noticed a lot of employees created top-level folders and shared folders, which I'm trying to organize. The system won't let me move or delete these folders created by them, even if I am the admin. Please advise on how to achieve this. The intention is to have a clear structured file hierarchy for all employees. I tried signing in as each member but I don't seem to have that feature (is this enterprise only?). Please help I have a mess of folders in the account.

Hey Jual, let's jump right into this!

First of all, sorry for the late reply, it seems that your message was misplaced due to the change in our Community interface. Do you still face the same issue?

If so, are these folders team folders, or shared folders that exist inside their personal Dropbox folder?

I'm assuming you're using our website, in order to do so, right? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the options you see on your end?

Lastly, the option to sign-in as another user of your team is available to Dropbox Advanced, Business Plus, and Enterprise teams.

    Keep me posted!
