Can’t delete my account, I receive an unknown error.
Every time I tried to delete my account it says an unknown error occurred. My account is: [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]
Would be great if someone knows how to solve this!

Try a different browser, or, clear all of your cache, cookies and temp internet files and try again.

Hi Mark! Thank you but I tried many times and did what you suggested, it still shows something error 500 and couldn’t delete my account. I don’t know if there’s any way to contact Dropbox IT team to delete it manually? Thank you
