Do owners of a shared file get notified if I remove my access after deleting the folder?

Do owners of a shared file get notified if I fully remove my access after deleting the folder?

    No, they do not receive such notifications on their end.

    Can they see when I removed access? Or are they only able to see I’m no longer a member

    Yes they will be able to as it will show up at www.dropbox.com/events and there is no way to stop that occurring.
