Error 500, when deleting account
I can't delete my account.
When I do try to delete my account, I get a error 500 message.
I am on a free account that was downgraded from one of the previous business plans that are no longer offered.
The chatbot is useless, and a free account doesn't get access to any support. How can I get my account deleted when your system is broken?

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
If you still get the error message, then I'd appreciate a screenshot of it.
Let me know how it goes!

Switched browsers, cleared history, used private browsing, and got the same result.
Here are two screenshots, one with a green arrow showing the button I was pressing and a second screen shot showing the page that loads once I have pressed the button.

i can't copy and paste the text of the error message, because that gives me another error message
The error message states there is invalid HTML.
