Getting an error that the link has been deleted
Hi team - I have an issue that I hope someone can help me resolve. Back in 2023 a client provided me a link to files of documents that he wanted me to work from. I downloaded the files to my computer and went about the work. There now appears to be issues with the work and I am sure that he has added certain files to the folder after I first downloaded it.
I have found the email which contained the original link however when I click on it I get a message saying
This link has been deleted
The owner of this link has deleted or disabled this link. You cannot access it at this time."
Given how long ago this was it will take literally days to run through the 'events' to find out exactly when he deleted the original link (as it could have been any time in the last 18 months), but this information would be very helpful. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there Stuart Brauninger - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
You wouldn't be able to find that piece of information from your end (even in the events page) since you're not the owner of the shared link in question.
Have you tried reaching out to your client again and asking them to share a new link to the files?
