How to recover my old Dropbox photos from a deactivated account?
How can I access my photos in an old account that you guys deactivated years ago. I had forgot about it but have very special photos of my children and family. Based on what I’ve seen they’re gone, which if so, Dropbox REALLY needs to fix their protocol. This is NOT RIGHT. I need those photos and stored them here because I thought they would be safe FOREVER.

According to the Terms, accounts that remain idle for more than a year ( 12 consecutive months without using the service) are deleted due to inactivity. Unfortunately, once an account has been deleted, it's not possible to recover the account of the files that it contained.
