I accessed my account, and my files have disappeared.
I have just gone into my dropbox app on both my phone and mac, and several shared folders all files and all files inmy onw folders not modified since 1st April have all disappeared.
Have look on the web page and it does not shw any records of these files or folders in the deleted tab?
I am a free user of dropbox no paid account could they have just reduced my capacity?

Since you already checked your deleted files page, would you mind taking a look at your events page too?
Also, if we're talking about shared content, I'd also take a look at the account's sharing tab to see what it reports.
Lastly, can you clarify which platform you used to upload the content in the first place? Did you use your desktop app, mobile app or website?
