I'm now unable to save edited videos?

Suddenly I'm not able to save edited videos anymore?

I can do all the edits /trim, cut, rotate, etc) but when I want to save a New Copy nothing happens and I have to abort with "changes not saved"!?

Everything worked well until last week when this suddenly occured??

I work on a standard lap top with windows 11 installed, no changes were made the last week from my part.

Hi KireR, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just for clarification, are you editing the files via the Dropbox site itself? Which browser are you using?

This will help me to assist further!

Yes, editing in Dropbox on the web and browser is Edge.

As I said, everything went well until last week.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

I'm also encountering this issue right now. I can make all the edits—trim, cut, rotate—but when I try to save a new copy, nothing happens, and I end up having to close with "changes not saved." This started happening recently, even though everything was working fine before. I’m using a standard laptop with Windows 11, and no changes were made on my end either. If anyone knows a fix, please share!

Thanks for letting us know, joecill.

Have you tried this from a different browser at all, to see if you get a different behavior?

I'd also suggest trying from a private browsing/incognito window.
