I've accidentally removed my personal folder from the team and I can't find it anywhere.
Hello, unfortunately as an admin I have removed access to my *personal* folder in Dropbox. What can I do? The folder can no longer be found. I accidentally pressed the Remove ALL button. Now all my personal data is gone

Hey Frankrichter1982! Thanks for posting on our forum today.
Are you referring to your personal member folder, that’s mentioned here?
If yes, can you see it under this page? If not, what do you see under your Events page instead or your Deleted files page?
Keep me updated.

Hello. I'm from Germany and unfortunately have to translate it. I didn't delete an important folder. I removed my own access to the folder. We are a team of 4 people. I accidentally pressed the button --> Remove access for everyone. Since then I can't see the folder anymore. Not even as an admin. see at screenshot

Hey Frankrichter1982, thanks for the additional info.
Have you tried searching the account for the folder using the search bar?
Did you check your "shared" page that Nancy mentioned above?

Hello. No, I don't see the folder anywhere. Neither in the deleted folder nor on the shared page. 😒

I also logged in via all 4 members. But the folder is simply no longer visible

Hmm, do you know who the owner of the folder was? Do they or any other member still have access to it?

I created the folder myself. No, none of the 4 members has access to the folder. How can it be that I can delete my own access? The function makes no sense as an admin, does it?

I see, thanks for that, Frank.
Since the folder is not in the usual places and due to the nature of the issue which requires access to specific account info, I would suggest reaching out to our support team.
They'll be able to access details and guide you accordingly.
Let us know what happens or send us your ticket number, if you want.
Thanks!
