My account got deleted because of inactivity, and all my files were there.
I had my account for over 10 years! I often went over 12 months of inactivity because it was old family photos that dont exist anymore anywhere else. YOU DELETED THEM ALL OF A SUDDEN? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I OFTEN went long periods of time without accessing the account and you just throw away all the only copies of these family photos that exist! absolutely horrendous No one warned me, and my email has no history of warnings from you people. Shame. there is literally my an entire family of people who are no longer with us in those photos and you just deleted them. What was the point of a Cloud storage?! What is the point of you even EXSISTING.

Hey joedad000, sorry to hear about that!
Do you get any specific warnings when trying to log into the account?
Also, do you recall when was the last time you accessed your Dropbox account, by any chance?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
