My account was closed, but I already paid for my subscription. What is happening?

Is there somebody who can tell me how i can get  reach anybody from dropbox in person. They closemy 2 tb account but ive paid 119.88 euros for that. I tried for 2 weeks tobget in touch with dropbox but i get nowhere?

    You mentioned that your account was closed, can you give me some additional info about this? 

    Do you get any errors when trying to sign into your Dropbox account? Is it possible that you're talking about your plan being downgraded? 

    If you have an open ticket with our Support team, feel free to let me know the number in order for me to locate it on our system.

    HI MEGAN,

    i didnt get any errors i only saw that my account is now 2GB instead of 2 TB. I got the following message from dropbox:

    "We have received a chargeback notification for the Plus account registered with the email address [email removed as per Community Guidelines]. As a result of the chargeback, your account has been downgraded to Dropbox Basic.

    To continue using Plus, please upgrade your account using the button below".

    The chargeback they speak about is not from the 119.88 euros for the 2TBs but that was from an extra service wich i dont wanted after all. The chargeback was an amount of 36 euros and some cents.  So my payment of 119,88 is still payed and i still want the 2TB to stay.

    I had a former mail but thats gone. 

    I hope you understand my English because im Dutch :)

    Hey Bmtrader I went through our system, and it looks that you have a few ticket numbers with our Support team.

    Have you tried replying back to the existing one you're referring to? 

    I'm suggesting this route, because Support would have more advanced tools, and account-visibility that we don't have on our end, in order to assist.
