My files no longer show up on my Dropbox account on the site
Ok, it has been a while since I logged into dropbox. I mostly use the web version and no longer sync. When I login to the account I can't find many files which were previously there. I can see the folder but it is empty.
I am looking for some help as one particular file is very important to me.

Hi tciftci34, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify exactly how long it has been since you last logged into the Dropbox account? Was it over 12 months ago prior to now?
Do you see any files on the events page or deleted files page?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay,
I would say around 6 months or so but less than 12 for sure.
I dont see anything under deleted for the past year, the only ones show are the ones I deleted today.
I do see events going back to 5/22 so very recent and nothing further.
I am really only interested in 1 file that is if I remember correctly EmeklilikTablosu.xslx. I was under Emeklilik Tablosu folder.
The folder is there but looks empty. I checked if I can revert the folder to a previous saved version but I dont see any options.

Hey tciftci34! I’d like to ask if there’s any possibility at all that you have a separate Dropbox account, where this file is currently saved.
Do you have any other email addresses besides the one you see here? If yes, please open another browser on your computer and try signing in to Dropbox with them instead.
Let me know what you find.

As you see nothing further that means nothing else happened on this account prior to this date OR it wasnt used for 6+ months.
Do you have any computers or mobiles connected to the account at all? Or have you previously?

Hi Mark, no i do not have any mobile or computer connected to this account for a long time. Just connected my phone and laptop recently.
