Syncing with Dropbox

I have been syncing Moneydance on an iMac, v Ventura 13.3.1 with my iPhone. However I now find that entries in my iPhone are not syncing with my iMac. I notice that the secret code on Moneydance has changed, but I can’t figure out how to make the change in Dropbox. Any ideas?

    Can you please walk me through the steps you take to do this and clarify what you'd like to achieve as an end goal here?

     

    If you could also clarify the versions of the apps that come into play as well as your iPhone's exact OS version, I'd appreciate it.
