Timestamp in comments for audiofiles not available when using a Basic account.

Why would adding a timestamp to a comment in an audio file be be exclusive to yet another paid tier of account?
If such a basic function will not be available to Dropbox plus I will definitely consider using another service

    Based on your post, it sounds like you're referring to this feature. 

    It is however only available on dropbox.com for files in a Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Business, Advanced, Business Plus, Enterprise, or Education account.
