Unable to delete Paper template

I'm on the migrated new release of Dropbox Paper. I was on the old one when I had created a Paper template.

This old template doesn't show up in the web version of the Dropbox Paper and I'm not able to delete it from the web UI.

The old template shows up ONLY in the iPhone Dropbox Paper app. NEW templates created from the Web UI don't show up in the "New" menu on the iPhone app.

This is a problem as I'm able to create a doc using the OLD template, and unfortunately the template has some sensitive information. Need to delete this template ASAP 😩

Any help to get this OLD template deleted is appreciated! 🙏

Unable to delete template that shows up only in the iPhone app.

Here's what I'm seeing on the Web UI:

The old template doesn't appear on the Web UI template list

    Welcome to our Community, willdingo.

I tried to recreate this and everything works fine for me, I can see my template online and on the iOS Paper app and can delete it from both locations.

If you open the template from the Paper app and then tap on the "..." (ellipsis) icon at the top right corner, do you see a "delete" option?

If not, can you send me a screenshot of what you see?

    Thanks!

When I open the templated created from Web UI - the file named "Template create from Web" as seen above in my screenshot - it opens and there's a message that says "Template editing is web-only". I'm unable to delete this NEW template created from the Web UI through the iOS app.

If you open the template from the Paper app and then tap on the "..." (ellipsis) icon at the top right corner, do you see a "delete" option?

Doing this creates a new doc in the iOS Paper app from the OLD template. I can tap on the "..." (ellipsis) icon at the top right corner, and I do you see a "delete" option. This option only deletes the doc created from the OLD template.

I've signed out the Paper app, deleted it from my phone and re-installed the Paper app and I'm able to still see the OLD template in the Paper app.

    Thanks for the update, willdingo.

If you login to your account online through a different browser, are you seeing the same behavior?

Yes Hannah  I'm seeing the same behavior with different browser also. I tried a different iPhone which has never had either Dropbox or Paper app installed and there I'm also seeing the same thing.

Also tried the Dropbox deprecated API endpoint "https://api.dropboxapi.com/2/files/properties/template/list" to see if I could at least the template to list that way.

Can someone on Dropbox end delete this template for me? I need to close the loop on the sensitive data being exposed on the template.

TL;DR: I'm unable to delete a template which ONLY shows up in the iOS app, the template contains sensitive data and would like to delete it ASAP
