We can't access some of our folders and Dropbox says they're pending deletion.

I have a problem with files/folders that have been removed from dropbox. There was 2 maps with files that was shared with others  that suddenly was gone for all the useres. No one can find the folders any more. There is one file that I can see that says that Content shared from Kasa is pending deletion. Can some one tell me what to do to get the files back? Under event it's says that I have removed the access to the folder. But I have not done that.

    Are the folders in question shared by another Dropbox team with you?

    Can you please check your Dropbox email address, if you haven’t already, and let me know if you’ve received any sort of email from Dropbox regarding these folders? Please also make sure to check your spam folder.

    If you have, I’d like a screenshot of it.

    Let me know once you’re ready.

    Yes the folder was shared with other persons. No one of the other person's have access to the folder's. I found this in the spam folder now. Is this possible to restore? 14 days is not so much time when you dont access the spam folder every day.

    HI tomg4, if access to the folder has been removed from your account, then it wouldn't be possible to recover it at this stage, as the email stated it would be permanently deleted on the 14th June.

    If another member of the team, or another device you own, still hasn't synced to Dropbox, then there could be a copy of the shared folder which you can use to save the data.
