Approving a shared file from email gives me an error
I have called support 2-3 times about this problem. It is hurting drop box reputation for reliability especially when the problem occurs during a critical communication with my clients. The problem: I have a pdf document to share with my client: I send an invite from my app or website and everything goes fine. Then I get an email asking me to approve the file I just sent to them!!! To make things worse, I then press the approve button and I get the stupid unicorn error. I was guided to an obscure unclear setting that worked once and then failed again. This is painful to users on both ends of the share process.

Hey rpfaffmann - sorry to hear about this.
Since you've already contacted our support team about this, could you share your ticket ID so that we can look it up in our system?
Also, can you clarify if you noticed this on an individual account or a team one?
Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!

rpfaffmann Could you please try approving access in a web browser instead of the mobile app?
