Backing up .heic into camera uploads with Android
Hello, when I receive a text message with image from an iPhone user, I download the image to my phone but it does not show in my camera upload folder. I have been reading there are ways Dropbox will convert the file as well, but the information I have seen seems to be only for iPhones. I looked into my settings and there isn't options to back up convert .heic files.
I currently have Dropbox Plus.
Without having to manually share each picture to Dropbox, how do I get Dropbox to back up .heic files?
How do I get Dropbox to convert the files when they are in my Camera Uploads folder?

Hi Agressive_Napkin, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It should be possible to convert HEIC files once they're uploaded to your Dropbox account using this feature.
Does the camera upload feature automatically upload the heic files when you select the album you want to upload in the settings?
This will help me to assist further!
