Can I sync existing files on the D: drive with Dropbox?
Windows 11. Data is kept on a separately partitioned drive D: on the computer. Is there a way to sync these files with Dropbox so that changes made to these files are also synced to Dropbox, as well as changes to these files made through remote devices such as an Android phone sync back through Dropbox to the local file on Windows. This would be similar to how this works on OneDrive, or is the only way to do this is to use OneDrive?

Hi TomMcEwen, thanks for providing these details!
Currently, what you're looking for isn't possible using Dropbox, since the Dropbox desktop application can only sync with the Dropbox folder.
The Dropbox Backup feature is similar to your request, but is only available for external drives.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
