Cannot create a folder on the website by pressing 'Enter' on my keyboard

Device
(Dell G7)
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
(Windows 10, Chrome)

Question or Issue
The new UI for the Web Version is horrible. Nothing was wrong with the previous version. Now when I go to create a New Folder I get a different looking window, once I input my folder name I can no longer simply hit enter to create the folder. Instead I have to manually click on Create.

Please revert back to the previous UI that was being used just 3 days or so ago.

I don't understand why companies love to fix things that aren't broken. Stop It please lol

Is somebody's job in danger so they have to do something in order to justify their position? If so, fixing things that aren't broken is not the way to go.

Hey candice3, sorry to hear about that!

I just tested what you described on my end, and it looks like I'm able to create a folder once I select the designated path, name and then hit "Enter".

If you try a different browser, or an incognito mode on your current one, do you notice the same behavior?

You also mentioned that you get a different window now. Would you be able to send me a couple of screenshots, in order for me to have a visual too?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    Hey Megan

This is what the new version of the Create Folder looks like. It is not as wide and a little taller.

Tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Opera and get the same result.

Once I type in the Folder name, I can no longer hit enter and have to manually click on Create.

Appreciate you taking the time to look into this.

    Thank You

Hi from me too candice3 - thanks for the clarification and the screenshot too.

I just gave it a go on my end on two different devices and I was able to create the folders just fine by hitting enter after I typed the name.

Have you cleared your browser's cache and/or rebooted your computer since you first noticed this?

Let us know and we'll take it from there.

Hi Walter - Yes I have rebooted my computer and I did clear my browser's cache as well.

It just started two days ago out of nowhere. Not sure why the 'Create Folder' window is looking that way.

I was thinking they rolled out some UI changes and it just hasn't hit everybody yet.

Appreciate your time and help Walter.

Hey candice3, thanks for the additional info.

I went ahead and sent you an email, so we can investigate this internally.

Just reply back to me when you have a moment.

    Thanks.
