Hey there marsieee, thanks for your post and sorry to see that you're having this issue.

I see you're using the Dropbox app on iOS; can you let us know which iOS version you're using and which Dropbox app version?

Also, how large are the videos you're trying to upload (in size, not length)?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hey marsieee, let me jump in here!

What steps do you follow in order to upload your videos to Dropbox?

Do you open your iPhone local gallery, locate the content there and try to share them with Dropbox? Or do you use manual uploads using the steps in this Help Center article?

Hi! I tried at first the manual uploading but then the message from the screenshot would appear. Then I tried to share my content from my iPhone gallery and as soon as iPhone "prepared" the video, my phone would crash.

    Thanks for the update, marsieee.

Have you tried restarting the device at all, to see if it helps?

If it doesn't work through WiFi, can you also try uploading them while connected to your mobile data? Granted you're not on a limited plan of course.

And as an alternative, you could also try uploading them from our website.
