Content I transfer using my mobile, don't show up on my PC.

I usually use dropbox to transfer my photos from my mobile to my pc. For the last two days, when I try to transfer a file, it says that it already is in dropbox, but it doesn;t show in the pc folder. The icon in the taskbar shows the blue arrows, meaning that its syncing, but its been doing that for two days. Anything I can do?

Hey Poseidon_Simons, I'd be happy to help you with that!

As a first step, would you mind clarifying the exact OS version you're using?

Also, I'd like to know the Dropbox app's current syncing status, and version. You can find this by hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon in your task bar, next to your WiFi.

One last thing: when you visit your account online, can you see your uploaded files there?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
