Dropbox not syncing files across devices

I’ve been using Dropbox to store and sync important media files for my Sellvia store, but lately, I’ve noticed that some files aren’t syncing properly across my devices. I’ve tried restarting the app, checking my internet connection, and even reinstalling Dropbox, but the issue persists.

I can see my files when I log in through the web, but they’re not updating on my desktop or mobile app. I’m using Windows 11 and the latest Dropbox version. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips on how to fix it?

Hi Draco777 - I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing syncing issues.

To help troubleshoot this, please provide the following:

    1. The exact status and version of the Dropbox desktop app as it appears in your system tray.
    2.  Any additional information or screenshots that you think might be relevant.

    Thank you for your cooperation!
