Error on all file requests we create: This file request has been closed, deleted, or never existed
Anybody know why we all the sudden get this error on all file requests we create. Never had problems with it before.

Hey Peter9991 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, are you using an individual account or a team one?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hi, and thanks for answering.
- Team plan, basic, 10TB storage 3,94TB used.
- I created the requests as we have always done, but I am getting errors when using all new; see pictures.
- No one has changed any settings in the near past.
- Tried using the requests in multiple browsers, on Windows and Mac and in-house as well as "out-house".
I am perplexed. - Walter8 months ago

I see, thanks for the additional information and the screenshot too Peter9991
Since you've already done some troubleshooting, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally at this point?
