File request isn't listed in my account
I have a basic plan and sent the link to someone to add in some files. They have added them, but now the folder does not show in my list of file transfers? Can anyone help explain? An old one is still showing, but not this new one.

Hey ds1234, thanks for joining our Community!
Just to clarify, are you perhaps referring to a file request instead of a transfer?
If so, have you checked this page?
Keep me posted.

Thanks Hannah. I have checked that page, but the one I'm looking for isn't on there. I have the link that I sent for them to add in the files if that helps? But other than that, I can't see any proof it ever existed!
Thank you

So it is a file request link and not a Dropbox Transfer - is that correct ds1234? Do you maybe see the link or the folder in your sharing tab?

Yes, sorry it was a file request link I sent. There is nothing in the sharing tab unfortunately

I see, thanks for the clarfication ds1234
If you open a new file request now, do you see it being listed on this page then?

Yes, that appears fine. Is there any way if I share the link with you that you can see what account it is linked to?
I just added something to a test one, and got an email saying something had been uploaded, but I never got this for the one that has gone missing. Which makes me think it could have been linked to a different account or something?

I'm afraid that wouldn't be possible ds1234
If you have more than one Dropbox account though, you can try logging into each one of them and checking your file requests page.
