Files are visible on Dropbox on my phone, but not visible on Dropbox on my laptop.

I've uploaded photos/videos/files from my phone to dropbox for years. I rely on this for work.
In the last, say month, when I try to upload anything from my phone to dropbox, the files are visible on dropbox on my mobile, but they are not visible on the same dropbox account on my computer. 


This is extremely frustrating as I pay for this service and it's suddenly not working.

What can I do ?

    Are the files visible in your account when you view the Dropbox website?
