Folders not showing up when trying to save something

When working on my desktop I don’t have any issues access all shared files. When using my iPad, there is one folder that I cannot find when trying to save something. I can see it and access it on the DropBox app but it doesn’t show up when downloading and saving from any other app or browser. Anyone else have this issue or have any fixes?

Hi EmKrcil, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Let's see if we can find out why this is happening.

Could you attach a screenshot of the folder visible in the list on the Dropbox site, and the same as the mobile app (or where it should appear there)?

This will help me to assist further!

The only folder that doesn’t show up is “Brandon”.

Thanks, from the first screenshot, you can see the padlock icon on the folder, meaning it's a read-only folder.

This means you can't save or upload any files to that folder, only view and download.
