Folders, with folders, with folders ....

I have a very large folder (36 GB), containing folders, containing folders etc. I tried to upload the large folder but it didn't work; just a small part was uploaded.

Is there a limit to what I can upload? I understand it will take a lot of time.

Thanks in advance, Leo.

    How are you uploading?

If its via the desktop client Dropbox uploads and creates folder structures first, then it populates files from smallest to largest. So it will appear random for quite awhile until it finishes.

I picked the folder and chose 'upload'; just a small part was uploaded.

The web is really really poor at uploading huge volumes of data - as it relies upon your internet connection being superb. Unless you are going to do it in much much smaller batches download and install the client and just move the folder (or copy it) in to the \Dropbox directory
