How can I cancel an upload and delete the uploaded files?
I was uploading photos when I received an error message that storage was full. How do I now stop the upload and delete these files so that I will maintain my storage?
Thanks!

Welcome aboard the Community, NMars!
Which Dropbox platform did you use to upload those files?
If it’s the Dropbox website for example, there’s an option to cancel the upload (from the pop-up Uploads window at the bottom right corner of your browser).
Otherwise, you can also refresh the tab where Dropbox is open and the upload should be cancelled.
Finally, you can delete the files that have already been uploaded to Dropbox this way.
Let me know if that helps.

Hi Nancy,
Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly! I had our administrator of our account just go in and delete the files so this worked great. It would not allow me to do anything until I upgraded the plan because it was showing that I was out of storage.
