How can I move the Dropbox folder to another drive while on a Basic plan?
A friend and I want to share and work on files in DropBox. Before investing we woud like to try this in the basic version, but we do not want to have the files on drive C:, instead we would like to shift them to a different drive but do not want to loose automatic sync.
According to the DropBox Online Manual it should be possible but this only seems to work with the upgrated DropBox versions. Is there a way to manage this in the Basic version?
Thank you in advance

Hi Pidder, thanks for messaging the Community!
You should be able to move the Dropbox folder to another drive by following the steps in this article.
This will keep it connected to the Dropbox desktop application, and continue syncing as normal, once the files have moved across.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
