How can I send pictures to a client to download without email and without their own Dropbox account?

I am shooting Santa pics and want the clients to upload and print the pics themselves.  How can I do this without emails and without them having Dropbox?

You said download in the subject but upload in the body of your question. Which is it? If you want them to download files, refer to the options that Mark posted. If you want them to upload, then you either need to use a File Request which requires the upload to enter an email address, or you can invite them to a shared folder with edit permissions which requires an account.
