How many people can access a link to a shared file at once?
Hello hive mind! I wanted to share a file with photos with 70 people. They are now getting an error message saying that the link has been temporarily disabled because too many people have accessed it.
Question 1) What is the limit? I haven't found that information anywhere on Dropbox, and the live sales agent couldn't answer the question either.
Question 2) Does that limit change depending on the plan? I upgraded to a DB pro plan, but the link is still temporarily disabled.
Question 3) I then tried DB Transfer. It didn't work either. It won't create the transfer. I can now send up to 50GB (I only want to send 1.13) but it says there's an error creating the transfer.
I'm super frustrated. Can anyone help? I can't even access support... 😕
Thanks in advance,
Paula_H

Hi Paula_H, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
This article would give you a breakdown of the bandwidth limits available on the Dropbox plans.
As you're having issues creating the transfer, I'd recommend contacting the support team for more assistance.
They would be able to help in more account-specific detail.
