I can't find my file transfers after upgrading my Dropbox account.
I shared five links with a Basic account, all of which were supposed to expire tomorrow (29 April 2025). However I received an email today notifying me that they hadn't been downloaded yet. In response, I upgraded my account to a Standard plan to extend the expiration date. But now, all of the links have disappeared. I can't find them in the bin, the expired section, or anywhere else. Even when I try to open the file by clicking on the 'Manage Transfer' link in the email I received when I originally shared it, I just get an empty transfers page. I'm extremely frustrated and upset. Please help me!

Hi anna_be, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see under your Dropbox Transfer page?
Is there any chance those transfers were opened from a different Dropbox account instead?
You can verify this by opening the email you received by Dropbox and double checking the email address you received it to. Is it the exact same as the one you see on this page?
Let me know what you find.

Thank you for your answer Nancy!
The transfers were not opened from a different account (the email address is the same).

Thanks for the screenshot! I’m guessing you can’t see them even when clicking on the “Expired” option, right?
Besides that, are you currently in touch with any of the users that were supposed to download those files from your Dropbox account? Are they getting any errors, when accessing your transfer?
