I relinked my Dropbox app and now all my files have selective sync conflicts.
Since my computer needed a hardware repair, I disconnected my dropbox account on my computer.
when it was returned to me, I reactivated the account, indicating that I wanted all the files only cloud (the files with physical copies also on the computer were becoming too many, and it seemed to me a good idea to make them all only cloud, and then gradually bring the copy back to the computer only of those which were necessary)
now the situation in my DB with originally 35,000 files seems to be this:
- all the files are duplicates (there are actually 70,000)
- it seems that this duplication of files occurred outside the original folders: there is no longer the tree organization of the folders, they are all on a single level
- bad sync has expanded also to mobile and Ipad: I'm completely ruined!!
I have been with dropbox since 2010 I think and I have never had a problem like this, please help me, my whole life is on dropbox!
ciao
Enrico
