I'm getting a new menu option when sharing a link, why?
I have a new menu when I right-click on Microsoft file Explorer. Some clients are getting prompts to require access, which does not work.

Hi vrdesign, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What is the exact version of Windows that you're running?
Where exactly are you seeing that second part of the image you attached?
This will help me to assist further!

Jay,
Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.
The second part occurs when I paste a link into an email or a Teams chat.
I was accustomed to having no issues with the links I sent until a month or so back.
Now, my recipients must log in or request access to the file when they receive the email or chat.

Hey vrdesign, how long has this been happening for?
Also, is this a shared link that members can edit, or one that they have viewing permissions only?

viewing rights only.
occurs in the last 30 to 60 days.

Hey vrdesign, would you mind waking me through he steps that you follow when trying to open the link?
Have you & the members tried opening it through your browser, and does that work or give them any specific messages?
