I'm uploading content to a file request but the name of the files are automatically changed.
I noticed that, whenever I'm uploading a requested file on someone's folder, Dropbox change its name.
Is someone else experiencing the same issue?

This is expected behaviour I'm afraid.
It appends the uploaded data with information from the person uploading it - usually there name.
There is no way to avoid that :(

Hey DanieleB92, let's jump right into this!
It sounds like you're using file requests, in order to upload content to someone else's Dropbox account, right? If not, feel free to clarify more.
Can you send me a few screenshots of this behavior? Ideally a file name before you upload it, and after.
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
