Is there a way to check and see all files or folders shared to a specific person?

No, sorry, you need to manually check each file/folder.

So this means I also have to manually remove access for each file and folder?

Hi ssruiz, this is correct, you'd need to manually find each file and folder, and then manually remove them from the shared access to that file or folder.
