"Make Online Only" not working with new Surface Laptop 7

I recently got the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7th Edition, and I'm facing issues with enabling the "Make Online Only" and "Make Available Offline" options in Dropbox. Likewise, in the Dropbox Preferences console under the Sync section, I can't find the "Save hard drive space automatically" or "Default sync state for new files" options. 

I've tried uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling Dropbox as an administrator multiple times, even disabling the antivirus and firewall as some have suggested, but the problem persists. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

    Could you confirm the exact version of Windows that you're running on your device?

    Screenshots showing the section where the missing options to save hard drive space automatically, and the right click context menu on a file in your Dropbox folder, would help help greatly.
