My files are showing as 0 bytes on Mac, how can I view the files?

Hi,

I am using a Mac and file size shows 0 bytes.

How do I solve this and be able to view the files?

Hi Clive3, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

As the files appear to have the cloud icon on them, this means that they are online-only, so they would take up no space on your machine, and thus show zero bytes.

You can right click the files and choose the option to make them available offline, or you can simply double-click the file you want, and it would download to your machine in order for you to edit it.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
