My sharing activity was suspended for the second time, but I can't undo it this time.

I have received an email saying "Public links have been temporarily suspended for generating excessive traffic", the first time I was able to unban the account clicking on the link, this time says "Unable to unban account".   What can I do?

Thank you

Hi Maud20! Thanks for posting this here.

Can you reload your Dropbox webpage and try to share one of your folders/files now? Are you still getting the same error message, if you do this?

If yes, please send me a screenshot of it, and we’ll go from there.

Keep me posted for any updates.

You need to wait the ban out - you get one chance to remove it and thats it.

Usually its for 24 hours, however, each ban does get longer.

Alternatively you can remove it by paying for an upgrade (note, not a trial).
