My uploads are stuck on "Waiting to upload" on my Android phone

Device
Samsung Galaxy Z flip 7 phone 2025
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Android 16
Dropbox App Version (if using the app)
446.2.4

Question or Issue
It just gets stuck saying, waiting to upload.  I've contacted my phone provider and they have assured me, repeatedly, that is not a problem on their end.  I've tried resetting my device and uninstalling and reinstalling to dropbox application.

    Are you currently connected to WiFi or mobile data when the upload is stuck, and if on WiFi, have you tried switching to mobile data (or a different WiFi network) to see if the behavior changes?
