Not sure how to find screenshots, and paste them when using the app on Mac OS 15.3.2

Dropbox Caprture (which was just fabulous) is no longer availble and i am having to revert back to Dropbox Screenshot.

  1. I can take the screenshot but I can't find it in my folfer (i have turned on save screenshot to folder and create link)
  2. I don't know how to paste ..can't paste it any where..nothings works.

What I am not doing right? ( I have a Mac)..please help!

    Hey there, AnuradhhaBShah​, welcome to our Community!

    Can you let us know which version of the Dropbox app you're using and your exact OS?

    You can see that, along with the sync status of the app, by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.

    Also, if you’re on macOS Catalina 10.15 or higher, you should have seen a notification that says, “Dropbox would like to access files in your Desktop folder.” 

    Now, if you've previously dismissed it, can you follow the steps mentioned here in order to turn them on again? 

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    Thank you Megan, I am IOS Sequoia 15.3.2 and i have also set my preference as suggested, yet my screenshot don't save in the folder labelled screenshot.

    Could you also let us know the app's exact status and version  as shown in your menu bar

    Have you tried changing the screenshot settings shown in your screenshot by any chance since you first noticed this?
